M.Architect Theodoros Thomaidis founded Detail Architects in Thessaloniki in 2008, with a second office in Attiki since 2012. Over 17 years, the practice has grown to a 15-specialist team delivering architecture, interior design, and property management across Greece.

The Investment Architecture philosophy — treating every project as a financial asset — emerged from years of watching clients under-realise the potential of their properties. Detail Architects changed that.
